Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been initiated or delivered.
• If you cancel a service request within 24 hours of payment and before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• If a project is partially completed, a pro-rata refund may be considered based on the stage of delivery.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Customized advertising solutions, once approved and delivered, are non-refundable.
• Digital and print media placements that have been booked or published.
• Third-party costs (e.g., media booking, printing) already incurred.

How to Request a Refund:

in case of any refunds it will be processed in 3-4 working days on the original mode of payment.
